Ving Tsun Sum Fot

Sum Fot or ‘Heart Method’ is a method of transmitting, receiving, and preserving from teacher to student.  Ving Tsun Sum Fot is a member owned Non Profit Organization dedicated to the preservation of the Ving Tsun Kung Fu as an Oral tradition.  Inside of this commitment we support our members, holistically, through the practice of Yoga and various modalities of Natural Healing.

Ving Tsun Kung Fu is a Martial Art System designed to develop the 5 major Martial attributes, Balance, Timinimage01g, Coordination, Relaxation, and Sensitivity. Our Kung Fu System is governed by a number of theories and principles including, centerline theory, unity of hands, economy of movement, among others. All of which allow simultaneous attack and defense.

Moy Yat Ving Tsun Kung Fu is an Art and Philosophy you can touch. Some might say an Artist is someone who sees the world in a slightly different way and commands a medium with which to convey it. A Martial Artist sees conflict in a slightly different way and therefore can perform on a high level despite a size, strength, speed, or age difference.
